I take the ones that are diuretics first thing in the morning, then the rest of my prescribed meds after breakfast, vitamins at lunch, and a mix of my nighttime prescription and nighttime vitamins all at once before bed.

I had a GOmens dream. Aziraphale and Crowley were so happy, the sun shining in through the windows of the small eatery felt like a warm embrace. There was tea, there were small cakes and finger sandwiches. We spoke as if we were friends since the beginning.
I woke up with a sense of love and happiness that I hadn’t quite felt in a while. I can’t wait to see their happy ending.
